FERGUS FALLS, MN (July 31) - It was a busy night at I-94 emr Speedway as 150 cars in seven classes hit the track for an action-packed night of racing.

WISSOTA Dirt Track Series winners included Kyle Dykhoff, Landyn Randt, Travis Saurer, Ryan Satter, Jeff Rohner, and Landon Atkinson.

In the WISSOTA Street Stocks, Eric Riley and Greg Platzer led the field to green. Riley took the early lead, but by lap two Dykoff drove by Riley and garnered the top spot. During lap three, Riley was alongside Dykoff, eventually regaining the advantage and the lead by lap seven.

On the following lap, Dykoff returned the favor and retook the lead as they went to battle right down to the end on the final laps. Dykhoff netted the hard-earned win with Riley second. Jeff Ekdahl was third, ahead of Braedyn Fleck and Maverick Janssen in the top five.

In the WISSOTA Midwest Mods, Luke Johnson and Garrett Paull led the field to the flag. Paull took the early lead, but was caught right away by Blake Adams. Also along for the ride was Tyler Bitzan; Bitzan raced alongside Adams, and the duo were side by side for the next three laps. On lap nine Bitzan took the lead from Blake Adams.

Two laps later Landyn Randt moved into second, and then drove past Bitzan for the lead. Randt captured the victory ahead of Bitzan, while ninth-starter Adam Bohlman finished third. Scotty Oeltjen was fourth, while 19th-starter Nate Reinke charged to fifth at the finish.

Ryan Satter (Track Photo)

Next class up were the WISSOTA Super Stocks, making their first visit to the speedway in a year. With 21 racers in the field, Ryan Satter and Doug Koski led them to green. Satter took the early lead and looked very good, followed by William Lund ahead of Koski.

As the race went on, Satter continued to hold the lead. Lund was hanging onto second, but soon Shane Sabraski started to make his move, as he climbed up through the field one by one. In the end, he was chasing down Satter, but Satter was too fast and hung on for the win. Sabraski finished second, Lund was third, Dave Mass had a great run in fourth, and Dan Nissalke completed the top five.

Landon Atkinson (Track Photo)

Next class up were the WISSOTA Modifieds. It was a special night for them, as they were running night one of three of the Modified Mini Series with $1,200 to win.

Adams took the early lead in this one, looking really good. Behind him though it was a good battle between Landon Atkinson and Bryce Sward for second. On lap seven, Atkinson took the lead from Adams. Adams regained the advantage the following lap, and Atkinson was the leader once again on lap 10. By lap 12, Atkinson left Adams to battle with Bryce Sward for second, with Sward grabbing the spot before the checkered. Atkinson was victorious ahead of Sward, Adams, Brady Gerdes and 11th-starter Dave Cain in the top five.

Travis Saurer (Track Photo)

Dave Mass took the early lead in the WISSOTA Late Models, looking really good. As he continued to roll along, Travis Saurer was making his way to the front from his eighth-starting spot. He passed Mass to take the lead away, as farther back Sabraski picked off competitors one by one. On lap number 12, he moved into second place. Seven laps later he worked his way into the top spot past Saurer. It was not over yet, however, as Saurer regained the lead during the final lap and stole the win in a thriller over Sabraski. Mass, Danny Vang and Ben Wolden completed the top five.

The 14-car field of WISSOTA Hornets was led to green by Christian Kast and Jeff Rohner. Rohner was the early leader, while farther back William Lange was working his way forward from eighth. He moved into third by lap two, and worked into second eventually, but could not quite run down the very fast Rohner. Rohner held on and took the win. Lange was second ahead of Adam Throener, Paxton Tjaden and Tylar Pourrier in the top five.

Ben Wolden picked up the win in the Gen X Late Models, holding off Dave Mass in the No. 151 car.

Racing will resume next Friday night with a regular show in all six classes.
