Peterson, Thomas, Swearingen, Jensen, Jenson and Ekdahl earn Saturday night scores at Ogilvie Raceway

OGILVIE, MN (August 23) - Tyler Peterson, Joseph Thomas, David Swearingen, Joey Jensen, Anthony Jenson and Jeff Ekdahl topped the WISSOTA Dirt Track Series features Saturday night at Ogilvie Raceway.

Peterson started outside the second row in the WISSOTA Late Models, took the lead around lap two and kept out front to the checkered flag, scoring the victory by more than 2.5 seconds ahead of Shane Sabraski in second. Jeremy Nelson completed the podium.

In the WISSOTA Modifieds, Joseph Thomas made his way into the top spot with a handful of laps left and drove on to the victory ahead of Jason Richardson and Sabraski in the top three.

Jensen continued his winning ways, this time in the WISSOTA Super Stocks at Ogilvie, as he took the lead just past the halfway point of the feature and went on to garner the victory. Jordan Henkemeyer and Dylan Kromschroeder filled out the podium.

Ekdahl started on the pole of the WISSOTA Street Stock feature and led from start to finish to net the win. Levi Randt gave chase but had to settle for second, while Jim Gullikson was third.

Swearingen led from start to finish in the WISSOTA Midwest Mods, topping Tate Kostreba by just over a second to grab the victory. Jay Richardson filled out the podium.

Anthony Jenson started from the front row and made great use of it as he continues to chase important point nights in his battle for the national championship in the WISSOTA Hornets, leading from flag to flag for the win. William Lange and Connor Danylko finished in the top three.
