Midwest Mod rivals must admit it was a well-done weekend for Berger at Big Sky Speedway

BILLINGS, MT (June 21) - Big Sky Speedway hosted its Race for Life night on Saturday, in a partnership with Relay for Life, and wrapped up their weekend doubleheader. Mario Berger was able to back up his WISSOTA Dirt Track Series win on Friday with another on Saturday night.

Berger put on another dominating performance to win the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, his second of the season at the oval. Berger made his way to the lead quickly, and despite a few caution flags, pulled away after each restart to win by over three seconds. Dayton Liscum chased most of the way in second with Troy Cepak, Jr. third, Nathan Kenaston fourth and Shay Evig fifth.

In other action at the speedway, Hank Davis charged from ninth to win the ASCS Frontier Region Sprint main event, Kyle Dalke topped a large field of 23 IMCA Sport Compacts, and Ryan Nash earned the victory in the Big Sky Wingless Sprints.
