THUNDER BAY, ON (August 13) - Cole Chernosky added another pair of victories to his total at Thunder City Speedway this season. Michael Shalley, Levi Randt and Selena Owen also notched WISSOTA Dirt Track Series wins on Thursday.

He started alongside Curtis Stieh in the front row, and steadily pulled away to the checkered flag to win by over 4 seconds. Riley Matthews rallied from eighth to third with Tanner Henderson fourth and Scott McKinnon fifth.
Chernosky went to victory lane for the ninth time in the WISSOTA Super Stock division this season. Again, he redrew the pole for the main event and led every lap for the win. Rick Simpson chased Chernosky for much of the distance, but finished over 3 seconds back in the runner-up position. Nathan Roy was third with Jeremy Britten fourth and Tyler Kostecki fifth.
