Grand Rapids repeaters race to victory lane at Grand Rapids Speedway: Broking, Adams, Sabraski, Carlson & Ruzich

GRAND RAPIDS, MN (July 23) - Familiar faces lit up victory lane Thursday at Grand Rapids Speedway, as repeat winners made their way back to victory lane.

WISSOTA Dirt Track Series winners included Johnny Broking, Blake Adams, Shane Sabraski, Austin Carlson, and Nick Ruzich.

After an entertaining three-way battle for the top spot among Carter Matthews, Paul Ripley and Adams, Adams took control from Matthews about the midpoint of the WISSOTA Midwest Mod race and drove away to a more than 3 second lead at the finish. Polesitter Matthews slipped back one spot to finish second, Justin Feltus was third, Paul Ripley was fourth and Caley Emerson was fifth.

Sabraski passed Tristan LaBarge into the lead with just a few laps scored in the WISSOTA Super Stocks. He was victorious in the 20-lapper ahead of Dylan Nelson, Michael Blevins, Sr., LaBarge and Doug Koski in the top five.

Sabraski’s score in the WISSOTA Modifieds came by way of a flag-to-flag effort. He held the lead for all 20 laps for the win ahead of Jody Bellefeuille, Mervin Castle III, Bob Broking and Devyn Weleski in the top five.
