Strand steals the NLRA/WISSOTA spotlight at River Cities while Kofoid tops winged Outlaw action at The Bullring

GRAND FORKS, ND (May 30) - Dustin Strand won his second NLRA WISSOTA Late Model feature in a row Friday night, following his win at Norman County Raceway Thursday, as River Cities Speedway welcomed that series to the high banks of the The Bullring. The Late Models served as the undercard to the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars headliner Friday.

Strand started from the front row, flanking polesitter Jason Strand, and took the lead early. Twenty-five laps later he had a 1.619 advantage ahead of runner-up Tyler Peterson. Peterson, who started seventh on the grid, was second ahead of Amelia Eisenschenk, Brad Sent and Ryan Corbett in the top five.
