Nelson snatches the cash and tops $1,000-to-win Super Stock feature at Miller Central Speedway
MILLER, SD (May 31) - Miller Central Speedway put up $1,000 for the winner of the Super Stock main event on Saturday, and Trevor Nelson snatched the cash at the end of the 20-lap race. Josh Skorczewski, Mike Stearns, Todd Stark and Broc Stout also collected WISSOTA Dirt Track Series feature wins.
Nelson left little doubt in the WISSOTA Super Stock main event; he started in the second row, grabbed the lead early, and raced to more than a 4-second advantage at the checkered flag. The victory kept Nelson a perfect three for three in his starts at the oval this season. Stewart Schipke held second for much of the contest, and finished runner-up ahead of Brad Kopecky, Bryson North and Robin Schmitt.
Skorczewski started on the front row of the WISSOTA Late Model main event and led all 20 laps for his first win of the season at the oval. Mike Stearns finished second ahead of Chad Becker, Curt Kranz and Dustin Arthur.

Stearns dominated the WISSOTA Modified feature race for his first win at the speedway in 2025. Dale Ames worked into second in the late stages, but could not keep touch with Stearns. Adam Brotherton, James Hanley and Andy Brooker rounded out the top five.
Stark grabbed his first WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature win in Miller with a dominating run from the pole. Jayme Peterson finished second, more than three seconds arrears of the winner. Dawson Zabel climbed from seventh to third with Lorin Johnson fourth and Taylor Schmidt fifth.

Stout won a late-race duel with Grady Myers for the win in the WISSOTA Street Stock main event. He started on the front row, led early, lost the lead to Myers for a few laps late in the going, but made a final push to score his first win of the season in Miller. Myers was second ahead of Maria Broksieck, Jayden Bogh and Michael Bogh.
Cody Songer earned the Pure Stock win.
