Leiker, Ferguson and Konst carve out the fast lane Friday at Black Hills Speedway

RAPID CITY, SD (June 19) - Tony Leiker, Leonard Ferguson and Brett Konst captured WISSOTA Dirt Track Series victories Friday at Black Hills Speedway during Jake Dimond Memorial night.

Leiker started inside the second row at the start of the WISSOTA Midwest Mod feature and took the lead with less than a handful of laps to go from race-long leader Darin Hauff. Leiker drove off to a more than 1.5 second lead at the finish ahead of Hauff. Scott Tyrrell, Joel Morris, and Brennan Davis completed the top five.

In the WISSOTA Street Stocks, Ferguson continued his 2026 season roll, as he drove from the front row to his fifth victory of the year following the 15-lapper. Troy Murner improved four spots to second, ahead of Cole Phillips, Warren Pourier, Jr., and Kyle Hanson in the top five.

Konst won his fifth WISSOTA Mod Four feature of the season. He started inside the second row and took the lead with a few laps completed. He had about a second lead at the finish ahead of ninth-starter Tristan Torres, who charged through the field to second. Kyle Hardesty, Gatlin Comer, and 12th-starter Corey Aga rounded out the top five.

Eric Mass topped the Jake Dimond Memorial in the IMCA Mods for a $5,000 pay day. Brayden Mount was the winner in Sprint action, while Joel Magee was victorious in the IMCA Hobby Stocks.
