Bawden, Ramsrud and Holtquist handle competition on the second night of action at North Central Speedway

BRAINERD, MN (May 3) - Tommy Bawden, Weston Ramsrud and Dustin Holtquist were the big winners in WISSOTA Dirt Track Series action Saturday at North Central Speedway, as the track invited racers and fans back to the Brainerd area for the second night of racing of the 2025 season.

Bawden started from the front row and garnered the victory, his second of the season in the WISSOTA Super Stocks. He was chased to the checkered flag by Eric Martini, Dalton Carlson, Tim Johnson, and Mikey Vajdl in the top five.

Ramsrud topped a small WISSOTA Street Stock field for his first win of the season. He took the lead around the halfway point of the race and garnered the victory ahead of Kyle Howland, Steve Eggersgluess, Nick McCann and Eric Blumke in the top five.

Holtquist took the lead with a handful of laps in the books in the WISSOTA Mod Fours Saturday and drove off to the win ahead of his dad Bob, Jeffrey Marthaler, Dean Larson, and Connor Bruss in the top five.

Other winners at the track Saturday night included Aaron Johnson (IMCA Modifieds), Mark Martini (IMCA Sport Mods), Chris Seidel (IMCA Hobby Stocks), and Hunter Carlson (IMCA Sport Compacts).
