Tammen, Bjorklund, Brauer, Scott & Jenson lead list of Friday night winners at Fiesta City Speedway

MONTEVIDEO, MN (August 15) - A total of eighty-three cars were at Fiesta City Speedway on Friday night, which included a visit by the Crown Vic class to the speedway.
WISSOTA Dirt Track Series winners included Cory Tammen, Justin Bjorklund, Kolton Brauer, Anthony Jenson, and Travis Scott.
Bjorklund led the entire WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature for his third win of the year. Darren Engesser finished second ahead of Jett Lindgren, who improved three spots to third. Scott Tofte was fourth, and 17th-starter Cole Anderson charged to fifth at the finish.
Mike Jans took the lead to start the WISSOTA Street Stock feature, keeping out front until about the midpoint of the race. Kolton Brauer took the lead from Jans and then led the rest of the way to hold on for his fourth win of the season. Jans, Coltyn Schuler, Ty Schuler and 10th-starter Josh Long completed the top five.
Travis Scott led the WISSOTA Super Stock feature from flag to flag for his third win of the year, and second in a row. Scott was chased to the checkered flag by Andrew Hedtke, Shawn Fernkes, Ryan Satter and Josh Roggatz in the top five.
Cory Tammen led the entire WISSOTA Late Model feature for his first win of the season. Fellow front-row starter Devin Fouquette finished with runner-up honors ahead of Jayson Good, Jack Koranda and C.J. Eilers in the top five.
Anthony Jenson led the entire WISSOTA Hornet feature for his first feature win at Fiesta City Speedway. Eighth-starter Bobie Arnes advanced six spots to second, while William Lange was third. Bradley Rossow and Jerik Stabler rounded out the top five.
Colsten Schultz was the early lead of the Pure Stock feature, before Jesse Timm took the lead during lap two, looking for his first win at the speedway in 12 years. After a late caution, Jason Best took over the top spot with two laps to go and went on to get his fourth win of the season.
Mike Layne took over the top spot in the Crown Vic class with three laps to go and went on to win his first feature at Fiesta City Speedway.
