Perry, Nelson and Stout stake claim to Saturday night features at Miller Central Speedway

MILLER, SD (July 5) - After Mother Nature ruined everyone’s Friday night plans in Miller, South Dakota, Miller Central Speedway was back in action on Saturday. In addition to playing host to the headlining Western Iowa Non-Wing Sprintcar Association, the WISSOTA Super Stocks, Midwest Mods, Street Stocks were part of the program, as were the track’s Pure Stocks.

Winners in WISSOTA Dirt Track Series action included Trevor Nelson, Broc Stout, and Nick Perry.

In the WISSOTA Super Stocks, Nelson led from start to finish in the 15-lapper. He had a healthy advantage at the checkered flag ahead of Brad Kopecky, whose charge from eighth ended in runner-up honors. Derek Zastrow, Kenneth Clements, and Andrew Zastrow rounded out the top five.

Stout started on the front row of the WISSOTA Street Stock feature, holding down the top spot for all 12 laps and grabbing the checkered flag ahead of the father-son duo of Michael and Jayden Bogh in the top three. Grady Myers and Maria Broksieck completed the top five.
