WILLMAR, MN (July 17) - It certainly looks like the WISSOTA Dirt Track Series teams are getting into mid-season form, as a nice field of 79 cars hit the track at KRA Speedway during Kandi Water Conditioning night. Winners on Thursday included Shane Sabraski, Dexton Koch, Landyn Randt, Keith Tourville, and Chad Funt.
The WISSOTA Street Stocks brought 18 cars to the track for their feature, led early by Coltyn Schuler. It did not take long for Tourville to take charge with three laps completed. Justin Vogel quickly moved into second, ahead of a tight third-place battle including Levi Randt, Schuler and Joe Martin.
With 12 laps in the books, Vogel was close to Tourville but could not get by him. This allowed Martin to move in and catch Vogel in a race for second. In the end Tourville grabbed the win with Vogel second, Martin third, Randt fourth and Ethan Iiams in fifth.

In the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, Tim Kanten took charge and looked very good early on, before Landon Randt went to the top of the track and moved from fourth to first. Ben Beekman was also very fast, and was in the mix with Kanten for second, while Jason Vejtruba moved to third. They had a great battle for that position, before Justin Bjorklund moved into third with five laps to go. Randt drove on to the victory ahead of Kanten, Bjorklund, Vejtruba and Beekman in the top five.
Chad Funt has always been very strong in the WISSOTA Mod Four class, but he had never had a lot of luck at KRA. That all changed Thursday, as he held off a very fast Tyler Larson for the win. Blake Hawker took third ahead of Bob Holtquist in fourth, and Connor Bruss, who advanced three spots to fifth.

A good field of 12 WISSOTA Super Stocks were on hand, with Dexton Koch taking the early lead and Tommy Bawden and Travis Scott in hot pursuit. Shane Sabraski and Eric Martini had a good race for fourth going. Finally, with six laps scored, Sabraski moved to second, but there was too much ground to make up to Koch. Koch grabbed a solid win ahead of Sabraski, Martini, Tommy Bawden and Travis Scott in the top five.
The WISSOTA Mod feature was a lot of fun to watch, as Seth Brede got by Ryan Flaten for the early lead. With four laps completed, Sabraski moved into second. Farther back Don Eischens cracked the top five three laps later.
At the halfway point of the race, Sabraski edged Brede for the lead and he drove on to take the win followed by Brede, Eischens, Flaten and Jonathan Olmscheid in the top five.

Young Colsten Schultz grabbed the win in the Pure Stocks, while Christian Kast did the same in the Hornets.
