Fasching & Meirhofer top Super Stock action at Mark Rieker Memorial while Hoppe hoists the checkers twice at Big Sky Speedway
BILLINGS, MT (July 10-11) - Big Sky Speedway hosted its annual Mark Rieker Memorial Super Stock weekend, with shows Friday and Saturday night, July 10-11.
Ryan Fasching topped the first night of action in the WISSOTA Super Stocks, while Dillon Hoppe took the victory in the WISSOTA Street Stocks.
Fasching started from the front row in the Super Stocks and took the lead from the get-go, cruising to the eventual victory by more than 3.5 seconds ahead of R.C. Geiss. Logan Fasching, Rock Degele and Dakota Kincaid completed the top five.

In the WISSOTA Street Stocks, Hoppe started inside the second row, took the lead about the halfway point of the feature, and held off Dalton Stephenson by .272 of a second to net the victory. Dalton finished second ahead of Dylan Stephenson in third. Matt Riesinger and Rod Lorenz filled out the top five.
In the Big Sky Sprint class, Roy Guy III was the winner, while Kyle Dalke won in the IMCA Sport Compact race. Dale Neitzel picked his way forward from eighth for the win in the IMCA Modifieds Friday.

On Saturday, the Super Stocks were once again the headlining class and Jeremy Meirhofer added another Rieker Memorial title to his career pile. He started inside the third row, took the lead by lap seven and pulled away to three-quarters of a second advantage ahead of Geiss. Degele, Fasching and Gunner Makeeff completed the top five.
Hoppe made it two-for-two on the weekend in the WISSOTA Street Stocks, grabbing the win from the pole ahead of seventh-starter Destri Adams in second. Rod Lorenz and Dylan Stephenson were the final finishers in the field.
In the IMCA Modifieds, Jordan Tocci topped the class, while 10th-starter Kyle Dalke was the winner in the IMCA Sport Compact class.
In the Big Sky Sprints, Roy Guy III remained unbeaten, taking his second win of the weekend in feature action.
