LaBarge and Folstad score second straight at Hibbing; other victory lane visitors are Broking, Inman and Blevins

HIBBING, MN (June 7) - Saturday continued the 2025 season for Hibbing Speedway. The second week of competition featured the five-class program with a car show in front of the grandstands before the races.
WISSOTA Dirt Track Series winners included Johnny Broking, Andrew Inman, Tristan LaBarge, Michael Blevins, Sr., and McKenna Folstad.
The night started with a 20-lap WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature. Michael Blevins, Sr. held off eighth-place starter Deven VanHouse and polesitter Dylan Miller to claim his first home track feature win of the season. Chris Magistad and Andy Davey completed the top five.
Next up was the 20-lapper for the WISSOTA Super Stocks, where Tristan LaBarge continued the perfect start to the season at Hibbing, winning for the second-straight week. Doug Koski and Dalton Carlson filled out the podium. Mikey Vajdl and 10th-starter Justin Barsness completed the top five.

The WISSOTA Modifieds were next up for their 20-lap affair. Last year’s track champion Andrew Inman claimed the victory, followed by week-one winner Tyler Kintner and Bob Broking in the top three. Mervin Castle III and T.J. Heinle were top-five finishers.
The WISSOTA Late Models featured a 25-lap throwdown again. This week, Johnny Broking claimed the $1,500 prize, followed by Kevin Burdick and Skeeter Estey on the podium. Eighth-starter Jeff Provinzino improved four spots to fourth, and Jeff Massingill was fifth.

The WISSOTA Hornets were the nightcap for the program once again. McKenna Folstad joined LaBarge as the only back-to-back winners at the track in 2025, as she was victorious ahead of Brady Fosso, Calvin Skaja, Jada Lore and 10th-starter Trenton Beel in the official top five.
